Injection Molding:

DPG has nineteen injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 720 tons with shot capacities ranging from 4 ounces to 110 ounces. Our staff has extensive experience with most all of the engineering resins as well as the commodity resins including glass and talc-filled resins. Our molding technicians are experienced in all types of molds including conventional runner, three plate, heated manifold, insulated runner, hot drops, etc. We have the expertise to analyze gating, venting and material flow. Decorating And Assembly:

DPG utilizes both in-house capabilities and outside shops to provide the appropriate finishing techniques to our molded plastic parts. We can provide you with finished parts that have been hot-stamped, pad-printed, first surfaced painted, sonic welded, hydrographically woodgrained, or insert molded. Our assembly department can provide you with simple snap together assemblies or with complicated assemblies that have been decorated to your specifications.
